Sky Suites

Our luxury suites include a spectacular view from your own private balcony, self-service betting terminal, closed circuit televisions, private restroom and tended bar. Your guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres catered in the comfort of your private suite. It’s the ultimate party room!
Minimum 15 people required; suites accommodate up to 49 people.

The rental of a Sky Suite is $100 for the room, plus your menu.
#1 - The Turf Package ($24 per person)
#2 - Southern Style ($31 per person)
#3 - The Derby Package ($43 per person)
#4 - Create Your Own ($15 per person plus a minimum of 4 Menu Enhancements)

"Menu Enhancements" are available in additon to your selection.

Each menu includes a private bartender, admission, general parking, a program and tip sheet, tax and gratuity, a race named in honor of your group, and a Winner's Circle presentation with the winning horse and jockey.

*Gates open one (1) hour prior to post time.
*No balloons allowed on premises
*Colonial Downs prohibits patrons from bringing in food and/or beverages not purchased on the premises.
*No pets; service animals are welcome.
*Smoking policy: Colonial Downs is a smoke-free facility pursuant to the Virginia Clean Air Act.  (Smoking is permitted outside only)

Suites are subject to an additional premium on Turf Cup and Virginia Derby Day. Catering staff will prepare quantity sufficient for your group size; Buffet is not all you can eat. Additional food items are available for purchase upon request. No children under 12 allowed on balcony.
